I'm a prenatal and postpartum coach dedicated to supporting you through one of life’s most transformative experiences.

Welcome to the #MightyMomMovement!  

My journey into coaching began with my own experience navigating pregnancy, childbirth, and recovery. I had countless questions—what exercises are safe? How do I prevent pelvic organ prolapse? How can I heal my body after birth? I realized clear, reliable answers were hard to find, and I wanted to change that.

With a passion for fitness and education—and over 10 years in the corporate world—I felt a disconnect from my purpose. After having my son, I had the chance to reconnect with what truly mattered.

I saw a gap in postpartum fitness, especially in classes that were both safe and effective. When I discovered Mighty Mom and its supportive, inclusive approach, I knew I wanted to be part of that community.

I hold certifications in Personal Training and Pre/Postnatal Coaching. I combine professional expertise with personal experience to offer coaching that’s thoughtful, evidence-based, and results-driven. I’m always learning to ensure I provide the most up-to-date strategies for every stage of your journey.
