reduce the risk of complications and core dysfunction, all while building a community of STRONG, PREGNANT WOMEN.

You can and should stay active in pregnancy as prenatal exercise has many benefits to both mom and baby.
Join a class specifically designed for pregnancy where we will incorporate breath + core work into a full body strength workout and interval labor training to help you not only reduce your pain but continue to feel strong as your pregnancy progresses. Your instructor is a PRENATAL EXERCISE EXPERT and will lead you through a 45 min workout that will be challenging and safe for all levels and all trimesters.
